So yes, you will get jaw dropping portraits but does that mean everything is rigidly posed? Absolutely not! We may start with a pose but provide prompts that help you and your love move organically giving your portraits a naturally romantic, sensual and relaxed feel. We also love capturing those precious candid moments throughout your wedding day like your mom or dad helping you into your dress or suit, your Grandma’s tears as you say “I do,” and all the shenanigans the wedding party gets into while preparing for the day.
Boutique Wedding Photography
We want all our clients to receive the best boutique style experience. From our first consultation meeting or call we want our couples to know and feel that their wedding is of utmost importance to us. We want to know exactly what YOUR vision is for your big day, what’s most important to you both and how we can best serve you as your dream Wedding Photography cultivators. We work closely with your planning and coordination team to design the most prioritized and efficient photography timeline for your Wedding without you feeling like the whole day is one big photoshoot. We believe your wedding day is meant to be fully enjoyed while still producing incredible images of your memories. Because our client experience is so precious to us and we want all my couples to feel seen and valued, we only take on a limited number of weddings per year.
Complementary Engagement Session
As a boutique style wedding photographer we offer our couples a personalized experience. We love offering our wedding clients a complementary Engagement Session — this gives us a chance to meet you both in person and get to know your relationship dynamic and unique personalities. This session also gives you both the opportunity to experience our shooting style, workflow and personality as well. This helps you feel more comfortable with us on your wedding day so it doesn’t feel like complete strangers are spending your entire wedding day with you. Because we love to get to know our couples, they often become our close friends with friendships that last far beyond your wedding day. We also ONLY offer Maternity, Newborn and Family sessions to our wonderful Wedding clients.
LGBTQ+ Wedding Photographer
Lux Amore Photography was founded on the belief that ALL love matters and ALL love is beautiful. We proudly represent and support the LGBTQ+ Community in East Tennessee and the greater Southern USA. We also maintain a vast network of LGBTQ+ owned and allied Wedding Vendors/Venues to provide our clients with referrals to make the wedding planning process as enjoyable and painless as possible. We understand the struggle many Same-Sex and Queer couples face getting married in the South and we want to mitigate that as much as possible. We are also passionate about educating other local photographers on how to be more inclusive to the Community in their businesses (See Blog How LGBTQ+ Weddings are Unique). Half our Wedding couples are part of the Queer Community so rest assured that capturing your love story is in the the right hands.
